Pathetic service!!!

How pathetic!!! We tried to report a missing persons at Brakpan SAPS as the married couple went missing 6 hours ago. The SAPS told us that we have to wait 24 to 48 hours before reporting it. Are you kidding me??!! This country's law enforcement is so messed up!! Either you change how you do and thinks about things or there is no point and we can just throw this country to the wolves.
