obtaining sms for registered case

<p>on tuesday i opened a counter case against an allegded assault charge i receive ansms the next day informing the case is registered, but not a sms to say the investigating officier. i called the police station and my call was tranfer the person told me its strange that i didnt receive a sms for the inveatigating officer and was told to call back in 30 minutws. Upon phoning back the person answering was very rude asking question what type of case and took the case number down and said phone back in 5 minutes time was abt 10 40. ill called back at 10 55 again the person answering was very rude and told me she gave me the investigating officer what more do i what and i told her want confirmation of the sms and i asked her to tell me about procedure she said she dont know, i asked who could tell me she said detective and transfered me to one no one took my call. It is very upsetting to see innocent south africans treated this way while a person of serious crimes can buy his or her way to convict people.</p>
