Not receive a service from saps

SAPS Sunnyside Pretoria failed me, they broke into my car and took everything that is including my Phone,I was able to track the phone and I have a evidence of whom broke in my car,they told me to come to the station and to accompany to the place,but I waited for two days with no help .still today am still waiting with no help...they didn't help me,they told m that the person who is in charge of leave his on leave..they are stories after stories
