non service and assistance when needed

My brother threatened the lives of my 2 daughters, mine and my husband as well as my parents. His not allowed on my property yet he comes and threatens to kill my girls. I phoned the eldorado park police station and no one could help me. I went to kliptown court room 6 and was refered to maphonya mall and they told me that they can't assist me I don't know what to do please help....
