no service in police station

Hi<br> <br> I went to Madeira Police Station on the 11th of August 2015 at 16h00. When I came there only one policeman was serving people. I waited ?for my turn and finally I was helped and I only finished at 18h00. I tried several times to phone the person who is in charge of that police station but he didn't pick up the phone and I came to a conclusion that who ever is in charge don't know what he is doing. I wanted to publish this in Hello Peter but I just said let me first communicate it with you but if I can't get any clarity if why this is happening I will be left with no alternative but to publish it.<br> <br> <br> Regards
