No response from Ennerdale SAPS

<p>Our house was broken into a week ago and although we followed the correct procedure we were told that they would not be able to assist on the day as our case required the forensics team to take fingerprints. However, to this day we have received no response/correspondence from the Ennerdale SAPS. The same thing happened last year when my dad went missing. They did not send out a search team and waited until we reported that my dad was found ******ed. Such service is absolutely appalling. How can we as a community put our trust in such a dept. when we are being bluntly ignored?? We're not safe in this area because our police dept do not see the need to fulfil their pledge and take care of their people.</p>
