NO PROTECTION FOR TAXPAYERS

<p>No protection for innocent taxpayers protecting the public agains vicious wild dogs whos owners have NO CONTROL OVER. In this weeks Bonus Herald Paper AGAIN..!! ARTICLE ON PUBLIC ATTACKED BY DOGS OF INCOMPETANT OWNERS.</p> <p>New 'humans' moved into 1368 View Road in March this year. 3 vicious wild Alsation dogs is running wild daily in the street caussing hammock to ALL residents. We contacted SAP; Protection services and also SPCA. SPCA has no case-kids can get ****ed by wild running dogs no problem at least dogs have pellets and water. Protection service have sent ONLY 1 e mail and consider job done. SAP no no not their problem. Contacted the owner of the property mr Steven Lawrence he would contact letting agent. Id it not SO SAD THAT IN SA BEFORE SOMEONE DONT GET ****ED AND IT WILL BE AN INNOCENT CHILD.....N O ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. If a person is life threatening he is removeD from public to jail. If vicious dogs attack people NO PROBLEM THEY HAVE FOOD AND WATER!!! </p>
