NO payment

i am complaining for my mother, my sister passed away in december 2014 and my mum is still struggling to get any payment from the SAPS there is no one that is willing to assist her she is being sent from pillar to post and everyone is giving her different numbers to call. I mean my sister had two kids that has to eat everyday and my mother has no income she is unemployed can someone please explain what is going on her please. I'm crying<br> out for assistance it is not easy raising kids without and income.
