No line of communication at all

I app**** for a clearance certificate on the 5th of September at Ennerdale police station. I was informed it takes two to four weeks, we are in November and I have not received. I've tried to contact the CRC department in Pretoria to no avail, I've called no answer, I've emailed no answer and their online system is useless. There's literally no way of checking progress on apart from the one sms I got on the 3rd of October saying it's in progress. Today is the 4th over November.
