No justice...

KwaMsane Police Station... I reported a ***ual assault case on the 6th of July but have not even received a case number. On the 9th I was discharged from hospital due to ***ual assault, came back home phoned the police station, the lady said she can't help me the detectives are gone and they don't work on weekends. Mind you the suspect is not yet arrested by the time I was discharged. On the 10th the detective Xulu came to my house and said the suspect has been arrested will appear in court on Monday but there is no need for me to be there. For interest sake I went to court on Monday, I asked one of the police about my case she said it is handled by Prosecutor Mbebe they will let me know what's going to happen. I went home than on Tuesday I received a call from detective Xulu saying there's no case coz the victim statement and the witness statement does not correspond. I than call the police station and asked for who ever is in charge of detectives, I was attended by Mr Khubisa, who said to me he doesn't also understand how the case was closed without the Prosecutor hearing my statement. Mr Khubisa promised to go and find out from the court what happened. He requested that I must not take it further he'll check first. He never called me, I than called him to ask how he went. Mr Khubisa said no Mr Duma the Prosecutor closed the case and left to work to another province but he is still gonna assist me and go to Durban to the Head of Prosecutors.... Days passed, I called him he(Mr Khubisa) he said I must wait the head of Prosecutor will come down to interview me and the witness..... Days passed, I called him he said he's getting annoyed by my sister who is frequently asking him a turn around time of this feedback. I was surprised that he now can't do his job because of my sister.... I called him again he said the head of Prosecutor has covid 19 so no one can assist I must wait 2 weeks.... I tried calling police complains the lady said let us give this Khubisa time. I called him on 17th of August he said to :Cc am sick am also fighting for my life, just go to the police station they will help you.... In a rude way.... Still awaiting... Perpetrator is my neighbour mind you.

Please help...
