No hope what so ever!

I am disgusted in the response from the SAPS!!! Called in to report a GBV case which is apparently so high up on our list as a country to fight against and the response you get from the Douglas Dale and Randburg Police Emergency lines is pathetic! Firstly the Douglas Dale police EMERGENCY line takes 12 minutes to be answered, only for the lady on the other line to be laughing and had to tell her co-workers to “shut up” in the background because they were being so loud. Proceeds to hear the story, finds out it is out of their jurisdiction and puts down the phone!? No concern whatsoever. Then proceed to phone the Randburg police EMERGENCY line which isn’t answered after 15 minutes! How are we suppose to feel safe when the people who are sworn to protect and serve couldn’t be bothered!!
