NO GOOD COPS

I was walking home from a pub one night about a week ago. I admit I have had a couple of drinks. when somebody grabbed my phone and ran, I gave chase and eventually caught up to them, I flagged down a patrol vehicle and told them the story. Their response to me was that I am drunk, I rep**** that Yes I know I am drunk but that doesnt meant that I cant be a victim of crime. They asked me where I lived and told me to make a case in my area the next morning. I have two problems with that: first of all the incident did not happen in the area i lived in and secondly the ****** was standing a meter away from me, I said to the cops that it wont help cause tomorrow my phone will be gone and why must that happen when the ******** is standing right here? they kept on replying that I am drunk. I then went to the police station in the area where this happened to speak to who was in charge, the captain or whatever his rank is asked me to identify the two cops. When they van pulled up I pointed them out to the captain but they flat out denied that it was them, Now I am sitting without a phone. GREAT JOB PROTECTING US SAPS
