No feedback on my ***** case.

I opened a *****/**** case,at SAPS ROODEPOORT in NOVEMBER 2020.To date i have received no feedback regarding my case.I tried the *******ion ***** line,to no avail.I tried calling the IPID LINE,Could not get through.Who can help?????
