NO case number in a wee****

If someone opens case on 28/03/2020 at Olieven police station and still has not received case number as of 06/03/2020 what must they do. I follow up and told same reason daily backlog. It's as if they not taking ******** injuria case seriously. I'm really defeated and frustrated
