No answer from Witbank SAPS

<p>Today, my fiance walked in to his apartment to find goods ****** in his apartment. He had been trying to contact SAPS Witbank for over 2hours when I tried and contacted 10111 and asked them to transfer me to the Witbank Police station. The gentleman asked to call 112 of which I called and they transferred me and I still got no answer. I went on to the SAPS webpage to log a complaint about this issue, where I found this number ********** 77, still I got no response, but automated reply that asked to send an email, then shortly after that the voicemail recorder announced that "this voicemail is full". What do you in such cases where the police dont answer the phone, who do we report to?? </p>
