Ceres Police who were on night shift 29 May who ignored an incident of an old man trying to reach for help being disrespected nd bul**** by his son who burnt back room shacks this man tried to call cops before the fire they did not attend the matter he even saw a police van tried to stop it but they didn't stop what a poor service police suppose to serve nd protect us
