Negligence-Bad service at Mbekweni SAPS

It was the 13th Dec 2015 @ 14h20,when i arrived at Mbekweni Police station @ Paarl to report a hit and run case by the taxi driver.On my arrival i waited 10 minutes before I get assisted. I'm dissatisfied with how I got treated by Warrant Officer Xakwe whom was on duty that day. <br> Firstly He told me that he cannot help me as the Accident Register book was locked away by whoever that is capturing the AR reports.<br> Secondly While I was listening to his response some taxi driver came to pick him up, while i was waiting for him to assist me on opening the case. He left and told me to wait for 5 minutes, of which he took way more than that. When he got back he asked me to write my details on his pocket book which i refused then he walked away and smoke outside. I'm highly dissatisfied with the treatment I got from Mbekweni police station particularly from Warrant Officer Xakwe.
