Need help

Helo peter my name schalk gerryts and i need help here is my storie

On the 19th of June 2024 my husband Andre Gerryts was killed in a scooter accident where a black truck driver skipped the robot and hit my mysband and a work collique of the scooter 06:30am that morning my husband died on the scene Now 1st the driver was not arrested on the scene the truck was not impounded

2nd the driver of the truck is not charged yet ànd is til drivinv around freely with his truck

3rd the investigation officer ms adjudant van wyk from the Vanderbijlpark police doesnt want do give me any information about the driver or the accident report so that i can proceed with legal measures to make the driver pay for my husbands death

4th I have spoken to 5 diffrent lawyers to put a claim in at the Road Accident Fund and all 5 of them tell me the same that they cant help me with the Road Accident Fund because my husband wasnt the sole provider in ourr marriage

Me and my husband are married in a civil union marriage

So please hellopeter i need some help
