My ****** vehicle in Uganda not repatriated by SAPS

Hi, my name is Simon, I would like to complain about the south african police services. I am a person with physical disability who depends largely on my vehicle for mobility. In 2021 I lost everything I have ever worked for through ******** including my vehicle. I had to make my own investigations after police closed the case saying the are no leads. I managed to spot my vehicle which was in Uganda still in 2021 late. I reported the case again but this time I went to Independent Police Investigative Directorate-IPID to open the case. Even today 5 years later I have not received my vehicle, the police man who was assigned to the case ( Lt Colonel Brian Mashigo) continuously ignored, my calls, whatsApp messages, just blue ticked me and never reply even this day. Please assist me in this regard. Simon
