My nephew was stabed by the school gate 22 November 2023. Firstly the investigator came to let us know he doesn't have transport to go speak to witnesses, telling us the family to go find witnesses and ask them to go report to police. We did, school kids who witnessed the terrible incident availed themselves. We have been attending court since then, seeing the boy who killed him in cold blood going around free. The police failed to supine the witnesses to attend court numerous times. The witnesses were told to attend once March 2026, there was no electricity in court,the case was postponed. We have been attending court without witnesses. Yesterday the 17 th September 2026, the court postponed the case to the 15th October for the last time. The magistrate threatened to remove this case if the police still don't come to explain themselves and if the witnesses still don't attend. My nice was ****** his school bag on his last day of exam and his life through the stab heart by the bully who needs to learn a lesson. If this case is struck off the court, where is the justice for us? His deaths is still feels like yesterday. He was still young and promising a brighter future. His life was cut short for no reason. I sent a complaint when the investigation officer told to go find witnesses, phoned the station commander numerous times trying to follow up on the case, but nothing came out of that. We need help to get justice. Please help, someone out there, please help. We can't heal if there is no justice!!!
