Ms/ Mrs Chilone at this CRC Client Centre in Pretoria very very rude

A lady with the surname Chilone at this CRC Client Centre in Pretoria was very rude and not willing to assist my mother and I at all. She was disrespectful and dismissed my mother without assisting until the very last minute. Very rude indeed.
