Mothers death in police custody

Straight to the point my mother was arrested 14/15 September 2011 she was taken to randburg police station. where she passed away on the 16 September 2011 and still to date they said a inquest and civil case was made and still nothing aswell as we still waiting for a cause of death to date. Thank you saps. that's why you guy are so good at doing what you do absolutely nothing. I hope I can get some closure to her as sing it been 4 years and still nothing.
