Moffat view police station how sad

I was receiving death threats and was sworn at and called names. I have all the voice notes with the death threats and screenshot of the posts about me on FB. I went to moffat view police station for help and to open up a case twice and both times they refused to open a case I went to the court to get a protection order and told them what the police had to say and they told me the police have to open a case. Last night I phoned them to send a vehicle out to my daughter house as her husband was hitting her and he had her and the kids locked in the house they tell me they don't have any vehicles to send out my daughter is pregnant and was screaming for help and saying she was bleeding but still no help. I thought the police are supposed to protect the people but all they do is sit in the office on their cell phones and wait for their pay check. I'm going to put this in the paper and contact SAPS Pretoria *** When people take matters into their own hands because the police refuse to help you then they are quick to arrest you. Some of The staff at moffat view police station are very rude.
