Missing boy

We were there to report a missing boy of 16 years we waited for two hours for our case to be attended, there after we were told that they cannot help us in regards the trace of a boy, it's so very hurtful to see our southern police not do their job or take us serious very sad, we are now stuck we don't know what to do please help us
