My Name is Thabo Jan Qhushela

I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred on the 28th of January.

On that day, I was involved in a car accident while driving my Toyota Hilux. My vehicle was struck from the rear by a Hyundai Ballade, causing my car to roll over three times. Unfortunately, the police officer on the scene did not take my full statement nor include the crucial detail that my car had rolled three times in the accident report.

To this day, I have not received any reference number or feedback from the police station regarding the incident. When I contacted the police station and spoke with the sergeant assigned to my case, I was informed that my docket is at the magistrate. However, I know this is not accurate, as I have not been called in for any further proceedings.

This lack of response and proper documentation has had a severe impact on my business and personal life. As a result, I am now seeking assistance from the Ombudsman and pursuing legal advice to address this matter.

I kindly request your support in ensuring that my case is handled with the attention it deserves and that the necessary corrections are made to the accident report. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
