Mishandled

Earlier this year I had a problem with a gym owner whom deducted money from my account without me giving permission. When I went to the gym later the week his wife told me I can't gym so I told her I want to speak to her husband, he came to the gym with a police officer who accused me of breaking the contract thus I have to leave. I left and later went to the police station to complain about it was handled. I later spoke to the station commander and told her I was very unhappy. She told me that there was nothing really wrong about how they handled it. I told her a disagree and that I lost faith in the police in Porterville. Later that evening in the pub I was drinking a beer with my girlfriend, the station chief's husband came to me and said that I better watch my mouth otherwise bad things is going to happen to me. I reported it on SAPS website and got an email that said they are inspecting but never heard from them again. Just so bad from police in whom then should I rely.
