MIDRAND SAPS ; MR LANGA

<p>My family was involved in an accident "2 months" ago near the mall of africa.The JMPD came to scene that whereby they took all the neccessary information regarding the accident and told us that an SAPS officer would come and take a statement and and pictures of the vehicle.The way the accident was so bad my 2 year old niece was taken a helicopter as she had a skull fracture and the rest of the family was taken to different hospitals.</p> <p>Until today officer Langa has not come to take the statement and neccessary information and he does not answer his cellphone,let alone when you go to the station regardless if you wait for him he will never attend you because he only says "i will call you" of which he never does.</p> <p> </p> <p>What do we do when a pupil of the law neglects such a serious case,because as we speak my family cannot calim anything because officer has not came and never answers his.</p>
