Good day

I would like to write about the way they handled my case, i opened a case on 13/09/2017 and requested finger prints to be taken, Guess what the incident happened on that day they only send them today ***. How does that work. If I will ever ask them for anything I would rather do on my own. Especially the rude sergeant who was handling my case. Calling her almost everyday but never give me and good answer. I will never find who sole from me because of her not taking her job serious.
