Mess up of Police Clearance Certificate.

Disgusted to say the least. My police clearance is past due the 6 weeks waiting time because of an error they made so its now delayed after I was told it will be ready, but my wife's has been received, but I need mine for our visa applications to emigrate. This delay is costing me my potential jobs and possibly more money, further more the possibility that when I do get sorted, my wife clearance might be to close to expiration. They don't answer any calls, and don't give any reason or feedback on delays, just a mere 'try again later' in an email. They don't care about the impact of their inconsistency.

Highly highly disgusted.
