Makwassie Police Station not to be trusted for the safety of our lives!!! !!!

The police of Makwassie in the northwest province have no care for the elderly since we opened a case against a 30 year old man that *****ing nd is not safe to be with his grandmother as we believe he is smoking ****/drugs he has not been arrest, our grandmother cannot even return as we fear for her life because this man is also verbally abusing her. He now broke a window at the house and is vandalising the house. Please help us.
