Maitland SAPS DISGUSTING

My husband passed on, on the 21st October 2023 on the m5. His case is laying at Maitland SAPS IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED. I was suppose to claim my husbands death benefit from the work they said i need an accident report. found out there isnt even an AR NUMBER. I cant even claim. My husband left behind 3 children. 2 year old, 13 year old and 14 year old. I couldnt even make payment on debt. so i give saps a round of applause not for failing me but failing my 3 children that is fatherless and they cant even benefit from the death benefit.
