Maintanace

Wow Police officers never seems to amaze me. My sister and I went to the police station in Johannesburg and was 'assisted' by a guy with the name Patrick. We went to deliver a maintenance order documents which he was suppose to help us get it signed. Firstly he was so rude and asked questions that were appalling. We then called my dad in and they reached an agreement. Until this day these documents are not signed and the hearing is set for the 25th of October. The officer Patrick hasn't been answering his phone and finally today my sister got a hold of him and he had a mouthful to say and had my sister in tears and still said the papers are not signed because he couldn't find my sister's baby daddy. I'm under the impression he is lying because he had alot to say about someone he didn't know and wanted to know why my sister is forcing someone to do something he doesn't want to do. He also said the guy is unemployed which is not true. The sheriff at the maintenance court confirmed he is self employed. Please help we have been at this for years
