Lousy service at Tsakane police station

Tsakane police station doesn't deserve any star at all. Their service sucks. I went back again yesterday to collect my police clearance certificate only to be told that its still not available 2 months later. The person at the counter told me other people have been waiting for theirs since last year. I haven't been paid for 3 months now because of the delay. She was cold and unbothered. According to her I must accept whatever nonsense they tell me. They should not charge us before they deliver. It must be a cash on delivery service. Today I went to do my police clearance in Pretoria and I got it at exactly the time they said it would be ready. Same day service that take lousy Tsakane police station a whole year
