LINDEN POLICE REFUSES TO GIVE CASE NR WITHOUT ITC NR.

We were ****** by gunpoint. Cellphone taken. Linden police refuses to give us a case nr without ITC number!

CellC says they do not have ITC nr yet as yesterday was public holiday.

Insurance wants case nr within 24 hours.

Now we cannot get case nr in 24hrs for insurance.

CellC says you can report ****** phone without ITC nr.

I AM CONFUSED!

PLEASE ADVISE...!

Linden police was also VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL!
