Lazy Milnerton SAPS

My husband and I went to the Milnerton SAPS branch to get a certified copy of my ID. Upon arriving we were happy to find that we were the ONLY people there yet we stood +- 10 minutes in the front of the line without being helped or even being acknowledged, Even though there were many SAPS staff moving in and around the station. My husband called out trying to get someones attention, some came out of their offices to look at us but just walked back and ignored us. We walked out VERY unhappy without being helped.

I understand that it's just certification but what if it was seriously matter? There was no urgency whatsoever.

The above is what I have emailed the complaints department on the SAPS website. I await a response but felt that I should post on here as well as many a times company complaints go in one ear and out the next.
