Lazy, Empty Promises - No faith in the SAPS

I have lost all faith in our country and those that are supposed to protect us, that get paid to do that and provide a service to apprehend the ******* in our country. We were hijacked on the 22nd of October in Pretoria CBD, luckily they only got away with my phone - all this while a police officer stood by and watched, looked me right in the eye and turned the other cheek - and then the same officer pulled us over for making an ******* u-turn... I didn't fall on my mouth when I was born and I won't be silenced just because you have a badge and "authority" - so I called him out on it and he straight up said "what do you want me to do? Put my own life at risk? You see I don't even carry a weapon because they will use it against me - I can only advise you to buy a small gun that I can carry in my bra and then shoot them because no one is safe" - How scary is that? Because if we shoot them we go to jail? If we don't shoot them they just continue on as they do, on to the next and the next.. We went to the police station in CBD immediatly after, we were able to track them because my watch was connected with my phone so I erased my phone for security purposes and told them we can still track the phone so we know where they are etc, let's go... and they said no, not today we will file your report and send you a case number, but you can go talk to the detective if you want to do that, so I went to the detective that was sitting there not really interested in hearing our story or helping... Monday morning we only heard back from them - the phone since went from Pretoria CBD to JHB CBD "Small Street Cellular" A very well known shop for ****** phones, it was there for about a week, and finally yesterday the 31st of October the location changed and went to "16 Gillies Street, JHB 2092" a small office space... we informed them of each and every detail and they kept saying, yes tomorrow, tomorrow... tomorrow came and went and guess what? NOTHING!!! As of 12:00 on the 1st of November the phone is currently in India (NH 48, Dahanu, Palgar, 401606, Maharashtra, India) it's on the road so in travel... still being tracked all the way... and our detective? No where, we have not heard one word back from any one at the SAPS... why do we then spend money on trackers etc and pay tax... if ends up being used for *******ion and ****? I will never trust any form of police service in this ****ty country to protect me or anyone that I know. They are lazy and just don't give a ****. But thank you SAPS for nothing, really.
