Lack of service

Made a case about 2 weeks ago haven’t gotten any response on the case not even a case Number called and left my number 5 times with no fees back what is the point of having a police station that’s don’t serve the people but themselves they have no idea on what they doing they can’t investigate properly have no way of speaking it’s disgusting
