Lack of Police action in ***** case.

I opened a ***** case (397/1/2019), with the Hillcrest Police Station in KZN I dealt with Captain Cele of the detectives. I have been back several times to the SAPS Station in Hillcrest to see the same gentleman and the net result each time is: "Sorry the person conducting the investigation is not in, so nothing can be done today." When asked today what follow up he has done of the case, he had nothing to say. In other words in 6 months I have had no communication from said Police Station and it appears nothing has been done!
