Lack of customer service

I went to Kempton Park police station today ( 09.01.2020) at 09.40. A police officer that was supposed to help me with my affidavit was very rude . He told me that I wasn't supposed to sign the document I had brought which I didn't know. I asked if I should start afresh and fill another form but then he started insulting me saying I know too much,I should listen to him,old as I am I'm doing things wrong. I told him that I didn't know and he said I know. He then said I know too much, I was quite all this while. I then asked him what I should do but he was raising his voice the whole time. This is not the kind of service we expect from our professionals. He should have told me to fill another form since he didn't see me sign instead of making a scene and insulting me. Police officers think they have a right to do as they please. He was not wearing a name tag and he was wearing a blue t-shirt. He was working next to officer Ramoshaba.
