I called the SAPS WITH A COMPLAINT about kids throwing fire crackers , cause my dog is frightened of it. They tell me theres nothing they can to i must take my dog to the spca till the season is over. Thanks so if one of you family members are afraid of something go lock them up till the season is over. All they had to do is when a petrol van comes past they ould just speak to them but no.
