JUSTICE AND SAPS FAILED ME

lady (Mbuyazi surname) went to maintenance court and with a child (Mthethwa surname-child’s father’s surname) and birth certificate of that same child to claim that i (with other surname)am biological father of that child..

I was called and went there KwaMsane with my ID and bairth certificate to support my identity authenticity...a male who works there said “we believe/do whatever a baby mother says”,so you are a father of this asa mother declares therefore you must support this child.

I was astonished and asked “how come i am a father from today after all this time a child was living with her mother and father and both parents are written on a childs certificate..a male siad “we are not here to argue but to tell you to support your child”.

Without any DNA test or anything 🤷🏽♂️..boom they deducting money (R1500) monthly from my pay-slip without any information or consent..(HOW DID THEY GET ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION/PERSAL WITHOUT MY CONSENT),which criteria did they follow towards reaching a decision since I have not been proven guilty of any offense and have not granted anyone any permission to deduct any amount ...and since we no longer receive hard copies(payslip),I only managed to prove that after 3 months deductions....please help; **********
