Johannesburg SAPS

Hello everyone one . I am here in Johannesburg,I just got ****** my phone yesterday. I did called the police,the first lady who answered a call said that are working with an evidence,I must trace the phone's location,then I come to them with it location then from there ,they help me to go and take it . So I did that ,I even pay for people who knows IT that traced my phone ,I even have a link of my phones location, today I called them now they are refusing to go and take it ,I am confused what to do now , they're speaking different things,a man who answered a call today said I must have a box of that phone ,so they trace it , otherwise I will not get helped, of course they now that box I don't know where it is .I just want help from SAPS to fetch my phone only
