Ivory park SAPS they have no sympathy and they do not care about the community

today i went to the SAPS in ivory park at 11:20 am to report a ****** phone and i managed to trace it using my mother's phone. i showed the three ladies who were sitting at the reception where it is however they said 'we cannot waste petrol just to look for a phone' they DID NOT HELP ME!!!! where am i supposed to get assistance if this is the response i get when i need help...this needs to be looked at i am very displeased
