I've been waiting since March 2020 for a COMPETENCY and I absolutely get the middle finger from the Police when I ask for help

What else can you expect from our Police, I have app**** for a firearm competency at Mondeor Police station and at first they were helpful and nice and they let me know that there is a backlog on the competencies in South Africa which I understand. But the fact that I have been waiting for an entire year for SAPS to approve my competency and when I enquired as to why it's taking so long the response I got was THEY LOST MY COMPETENCY. THANK YOU SAPS I work in a dangerous environment everyday and this has seriously affected my employment. I ask what can we do to fix this and I was instructed to go through the whole process and pay for everything again. So because you guys messed up I need to clean your mess ? I don't know why I expected to trust our Police you guys are unhelpful and you guys seriously affected my employment
