It not fair to others

We as tavern and Lounge owners we close at 10pm as per president instructions but there's a place in umlazi kwamnyandu called kingdom Zulu ever since we went on level 1 it closes after the curphew times and today curphew is 10pm but it open and police from umlazi know about this but do nothing and I called 10111 no first lady who Was African and didn't disclose her name as soon as I mentioned the place she hung up second lady who was Indian also didn't say her name said she will send a patrol car then hung up before I could tell her that there was a patrol card that time as I there and it left leaving the club operating
