Is Bheki Cele really worhty of holding the position of Minister of Police in SA

I can on laugh at Bheki Cele on Carte Blanche last Sunday night (2 Feb 2020) He really thinks taking guns away from private citizens is going to curb the crime in SA,

He did not say anything, that I can recall, about the crime caused by ********* with unlicenced weapons or how he is going to control this situation.

It was an absolute joke.
