I was involved in a car accident on the 7th of August 2021 , at Eshowe umlalazi area. I passed out during accident and I was admitted to Garden clinic. I was discharged a week later then on the 18th of August I decided to go to hospital to check if the case was opened since I wasn’t sure if the case was opened. When I got there I was assisted by Ms H.P Sikhakhane and she gave me a case number. Two months later I called Eshowe police station asking for an accident report because I had to submit it somewhere. I found out that a case was not opened hence no investigation was conducted. So I had to hire a car and go back to Eshowe from Pietermaritzburg to open the case just because someone did not do their job properly. Even worse when I went there to open the case I still had injuries on my face.
