Incompetence of SAPS systems and staff

My ***** case under my name was never removed after it had been withdrawn from the court and dismissed. Due to the original case no. being transferred to another station and them creating a new one. The old case no. was not closed and showed awaiting trial under my profile, which led to me not being employed since 2017. It's only now that it had been brought to my attention after running around seeking employment and the police constantly telling me that my records are clean. But in actual fact, the Wynberg Police Station who opened the original case no. never closed it after they had transferred the case to the Bellville station opened a new case no. Which was heard by the court and withdrawn and dismissed. Case closed in Bellville but in Wynberg Police Station the same case remained open with a status "awaiting trial". This discouraged all potential employers from employing me since 2020 to date and it's still unresolved as I've not received any certificate confirming that this was or has been rectified. After all the seniors acknowledged the error in the system and staff for not following up on this matter whilst I'm hungry, unemployed, debt strapped, children going hungry and my life changed dramatically. Help please!!! As no one seems to be listening or taking me seriously and I need a confirmation certificate that shows my records are cleared with SAPS together with compensation for all these years of no income because of this false record under my name.
