Incompetence of SAPS INVESTIGATOR including people who take statements.

I opened the case of armed ******* my phone money and powerbank was taken. When i did FIND MY DEVICE it was located at my neighbourhood which prompted me to open the case and i did share that info at the station which Ivory Park SAPS did nothing about it and shared also with the investigation officer who did not act instead am asked if the device is Apple. My case number is CAS 116/11/2022 The ******* happened on the 4th and the case reported on the 5th and investigation officer assigned on the 7th and i was contacted a few days later on the 9th by phone call and that was the last i heard of them. Everyday i would check if my phone is still showing the alleged location and I taken screenshots every time to track and it was still showing until yesterday 11th.
