Ignorance and no feedback

On Mon the 30th /11 there was a break-in at ma residence, took R5000 and other valuables. Tsotsis messed up the house up side down, leaving no corner unturned. We are so jumpy and nervous. We fill humilated and traumatised as we don't know what will happen next, police promised to send investigator before midnite. As everyone knows crime rate is very high in our communities we slept with windows opened/broken as we were waiting for police to come for finger prints. We just burried our father, few weeks back. This is a first break in ever, when ma father was still alive there was no such. What makes ma heart to bleed non-stop is th ignorance from police department, people we rely on as the community, our protectors, our guardians. I am so dismayed. Worse I even said I have a suspect, no actions were taken up until today(3days). I didn't even have a case no. Waiting for it up until now, they promised to send it to me through my phone the same day. I made a follow up using ma phone to get a case no.
